Drinking water

Clean drinking water is a luxury, not easily available in many parts of the world. The schools have a strong desire of avoiding sending employees for water as distances are often long. Especially, schools with many children have experienced it as difficult to get sufficient water to the school for even covering the most basic hygienic needs, like washing hands or going to the toilet. To help the schools, we have drilled into the ground for direct water supplies at three schools and established water tanks. We have provided water installations for toilets and water taps in the area used as primitive outdoor kitchen. This is where the publicly subsidised food is prepared, which is the only daily meal for many children.
